Cutting Process
Round 1: follow CFB guidelines
Round 2: apply JCB and CFB grading system
Round 3: balancing budget used on a case to case basis, depending on amount left to cut. This will be done by applying round 1 guidelines and by using round 2 grading.
CFB GRADING SYSTEM
Refer to CFB Guidelines for how they will be used during the funding process.
0 – 4 grading scale (4 is the best, 0 being the worst)
Reabsorptions (% reabsorbed from total amount allocated to club)

0 – 5% 4
6 – 10% 3
11 – 15% 2
16 – 20% 1
21% + 0
Audit Grades (turned in monthly)
