Co-Funding Board Guidelines
2004-2005
My signature, representing the said club, indicates that we are aware of and understand the allocation guidelines presented to us by the Co-Funding Board.
1.) We have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Co-Funding Board guidelines, of which we possess a copy.
2.) We have read, understand, and agree to comply with all portions of the new Co-Funding Board grading system, including:
A). Penalization for a high percentage of reabsorptions:
Reabsorption of 0-5% of allocated funds receives a score of four.
Reabsorption of 6-10% of allocated funds receives a score of three.
Reabsorption of 11-15% of allocated funds receives a score of two.
Reabsorption of 16-20% of allocated funds receives a score of one.
Reabsorption of 21% + of allocated funds receives a score of zero.
B). Penalization for failure to submit monthly audits:
Completion of four monthly audits receives a score of four.
Completion of three monthly audits receives a score of three.
Completion of two monthly audits receives a score of two.
Completion of one monthly audit receives a score of one.
Completion of no monthly audits receives a score of zero.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will likely result in funding consequences.
