First: Please fill out the application form
with your proposed budget.
Then: Attend the Mandatory All Club Gathering CFB breakout session on Sunday,
September 23rd in the upper level
of Gorecki (CSB) from 11:30 AM to 5 PM.
Not sure how to write a budget...here's an example!
When your time comes to present, one or two members of your club/organization should attend
the meeting. Please bring 15 copies of a complete allocation proposal broken down by month as
detailed as possible. The more information you can provide regarding your events
and costs, the more likely you will receive a greater amount of funding!
(This includes both CSB-only clubs and SJU-only clubs. They will be heard at the
same time.)
If applying for spontaneous funding, one of the CFB Co-Chairs will contact you to set up a presentation time. Remember, spontaneous funding requests will only be allowed to present before a meeting if requested 4 or more days prior to the meeting date.
Meetings are scheduled for Thursdays at 7 PM at CSB Upper Mary Commons.
Please prepare a brief presentation regarding your allocation request and be prepared to answer any questions regarding your proposal.
