Example Budget

Please bring 15 copies of your budget to your presentation for the entire Co-Funding Board and include a brief description in your budget of each event or item. Please Note that the numbers/events etc. are not accurate. 

ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR MISSION STATEMENT WITH YOUR BUDGET.  This helps us make better-informed decisions!

**Under each topic, please include WHY this money/event is necessary to carry out your mission as a club.**

  2. $250.00 MAPCS- cost of 2 members Registration
    (Must Provide required registration and conference materials to receive funding)

  2. MAPCS- 2-Cars-$33.33
    $25.00x 2 cars=$50.00x2/3=$33.33

Lodging
