CSB/SJU CREW

First of all CSB/SJU stands for The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, St. Bens houses the women on our team, and St. Johns the men - as well as our boathouse and beautiful Lake Sagatagan.

CSB/SJU crew is comprised of two teams: the competitive team, which is what every other school has, and our recreational program.  Our recreational program is something that we are very proud of.  It provides the student body at CSB and SJU an opportunity to experience the wonderful sport of rowing without the pressures of competition and without the early morning commitment of the competitive team..  This program is run exclusively by the competitive team and draws the majority of the club's members. As a club sport we unfortunately do not have the luxury of varsity level funding, or a full time coach.
